Gackt to Voice 'Shiki' Anime Character

This summer, Japanese singer Gackt will show off some of his newer vocal talents in his first recurring voice role as a character in the Fuji television anime series 'Shiki.' He'll be voicing character Seishiro Kirishiki, an aristocrat in the story, which is based on a set of mystery novels by author Fuyumi Ono. It's supposed to be a scary role, and the anime's director says that it fits the 36-year-old star well, says Sanspo.

Gackt has worked as a voice actor in the past in animation and games, but this is his first time in a regular role.
