Juanes has unveiled details on his much-anticipated new album, the fifth on his exemplary career. Keeping his fans updated on the status of the recording through his Twitter account, the Colombian singer is putting the final touches on the album in London. This time around he is sharing co-producing credits with Stephen Lipson, a renowned producer that has worked with two of Juanes' biggest influences, Paul McCartney and Beck. This comes as a surprise as it marks a departure from his long-time collaborative producer Gustavo Santaolalla, responsible for his past four acclaimed works. The singer and political activist describes his new album as "a very positive new journey in both, his personal life and his career." His new single 'Yerbatero' will see the light on June 10, when he will premiere the song as part of his performance at this year's FIFA World Cup Kickoff concert. But the single will not stay at South Africa for too long, Juanes is taking advantage of the event's worldwide popularity by having a simultaneous release at all available digital stores.
