Stream Fela Kuti's Best Songs for Free

Fela KutiKnitting Factory Records continues its run of Fela Kuti re-releases on May 11 with his 'Na Poi' releases; a collection of seven CDs and 14 albums, most from the mid '70s and including many of his classics.

It marks the most productive period in Fela's music-recording career, in which he recorded 12 albums in the span of 1976-1977. Knitting Factory's collection will include: 'Alagbon Close' (1974), 'Why Black Man Dey Suffer' (1971), 'Expensive Shit' (1975), 'He Miss Road' (1975), 'Everything Scatter' (1975), 'Noise For Vendor Mouth' (1975), 'Monkey Banana' (1975), 'Excuse O' (1975), 'Ikoyi Blindness' (1976), 'Kalakuta Show' (1976), 'Yellow Fever' (1976), 'Na Poi' (1976), 'J.J.D. (Johnny Just Drop)' (1977), and 'Unnecessary Begging' (1976).
