ALLKPOP has reported that KPOP superstar Rain and seven other investors are suing J.Tune Creative, the fashion company under Rain's J.Tune Entertainment, for embezzling funds. They are pressing charges through the Seoul Central District Prosecrutors' Office. The lawsuit is worth 2 billion won, which is roughly $2 million U.S. dollars. The case boils down to investigating the fraudulent use of funds by certain staff members at J.Tune Creative.
