The official lineup for Lollapalooza 2010 was announced yesterday, effectively ending months of speculation and rumors. As expected, this summer's festival will feature its fair share of big name headliners, including Green Day, Arcade Fire, Lady Gaga, and Soundgarden. But it'll have a healthy representation from other parts of the globe, as well. Jamaican reggae icon and Hall of Famer Jimmy Cliff, for example, will be taking the stage this year, as will French alt-rock band Phoenix, whose 'Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix' album earned them a Grammy earlier this year. Other notable performers include Nigerian-German singer Nneka, Gogol Bordello, Balkan Beat Box, as well as the Belgian duo 2 Many DJ's, who will be appearing as part of the Perry's DJ stage lineup. This year's Lollapalooza 2010 festival will be held on August 6-8 at Grant Park in Chicago, so if you're interested in attending, hurry up and get your hands on some tickets here.
