Japan's annual Summer Sonic festival has the unusual distinction of occurring in two places at once--outside of Tokyo and in the city of Osaka. Since the festival lasts between two and three days, bands will often play both locations. This year's festival will occur on the weekend of August 7-8, and features headlining performances by Jay-Z, whatever is left of The Smashing Pumpkins, and the Pixies.Check out the full Summer Sonic 2010 line-up after the jump.
