JPOP boy band KAT-TUN has just nabbed their 11th #1 single in a row, according to this week's Oricon singles chart. Their hit 'Love Yourself ~Kimi ga Kirai na Kimi ga Suki~,' which sold 354,231 copies last week in Japan, is the next in a long list of chart- toppers since their debut in 2001.
'Love Yourself' is a tie-up song and opening theme for the currently airing TBS Japanese television comedy 'Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge,' a show that KAT-TUN band member Kamenashi Kazuya plays a lead role in.
The success of this single may have something to do with the tongue-in-cheek opening of the television show, which has been making rounds on the internet. Starring the show's cast, it is a staged mock music video. You can see the show's opening after the jump.
