After nearly 8 years of silence, French rapper Pit Baccardi has returned with a new album, MusicActu reports. Pit produced 'Juste Moi' after spending time with orphans and imprisoned women in Cameroon, an experience that, he says, adds an extra layer of meaning to his latest opus. According to initial impressions from the French press corps, the 12 tracks on the CD aren't as angry or aggressive as past Pit Baccardi tracks. As he explained, "I just wanted to evolve... I didn't want to do the same thing." The album will be available for digital download on March 22nd, and will be in stores worldwide on April 19th.
